A 10-year-old child with a physical disability has been excluded from a government primary school in Chitungwiza on the basis that the school cannot accommodate her needs. The matter raises constitutional issues regarding the right to education under section 75 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe 2013 and the rights of persons with disabilities under section 83.
